Dima is an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) Specialist at East Ventures, responsible for sustainability reporting and supporting the integration of ESG into the operation and strategy of the firm.

Prior to joining East Ventures, she had six years of experience at the United Nations, most recently as the Gender and Climate Finance Officer at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), with project portfolios including climate finance, gender mainstreaming, blue economy, circular economy, and impact investment.

She received a Bachelor of Public Health degree with a minor in epidemiology from Universitas Indonesia and was appointed as an Equity Initiative Fellow for 2023–2024.
