Fitryanti Tanudjaya joined East Ventures in 2022. She is a Director of Operations covering Indonesia and Singapore, and providing guidance and leadership to the corporate team. She ensures compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements for both countries.

Fifie graduated from Jinan University with her Bachelor’s Degree and hold a Master’s Degree from Atmajaya University. She has more than ten years of Finance and HR-related experience in multi-national and global companies, mostly in high-paced working environments. She has also experienced working in different Southeast Asia countries and provided Finance and HR advisory to stakeholders from staff to C level.
