As an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Specialist at East Ventures, Ghivarly’s responsibilities include developing the ESG strategy and conducting climate initiatives. He improves ESG integration within East Ventures’ own operation and its portfolio ecosystem as well as partnerships with key stakeholders. His specialty includes greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting, developing decarbonization journeys, ESG financing, and ESG improvement roadmap.

Prior to joining East Ventures, Ghivarly served as a sustainability advisor at several multinational companies in Indonesia, as a Consultant at PwC, and as part of the Science-based Target Initiatives (SBTi) project team as a Sustainability Officer at WRI Indonesia.

Ghivarly holds a B.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB), graduating with cum laude honors.
