From 2019 to 2025, he served as Chairman of Garuda Indonesia, the national flag carrier, and Chairman of InJourney, Indonesia’s state-owned aviation and tourism holding company.
Previously, during the first term of the Working Cabinet, President Joko Widodo appointed him as the Head of the Indonesian Creative Economy Agency (BEKRAF).
