After entering college, Jumpei Mouri attended hundreds of start up events and gained interest in the startup ecosystem. During his studies in his university, he has successfully held multiple startup events and was the lead organizer of ʺStartup Weekendʺ in Japan.

He joined East Ventures in March 2015 as an associate to support portfolios in Japan. His main focus of research is Human Resource Tech and B2B.
