AMODA, a property and construction technology startup in Indonesia, has secured seed funding co-led by East Ventures and Living Lab Ventures. This round of investment strengthens AMODA’s balance sheet, following the pre-seed funding in 2022. This funding will be mainly allocated to expanding its product, technology, and operation capabilities.

Ringkas, a digital mortgage platform with the vision to democratize home ownership, announced it has secured a US$3.5 million in Seed Round co-led by East Ventures and Crestone Venture Capital. Other investors that participated include 500 Global, Teja Ventures, Orvel Ventures, Hustle Fund, and others. With the capital from this round, the company will focus on advancing and scaling its platform across multiple cities in Indonesia and the secondary market.

Kabina, a property and construction startup in Indonesia, today announced the completion of its seed funding round led by East Ventures, with the participation from several notable angel investors, including Sandra Dewi. Sandra Dewi will also become Kabina’s brand ambassador. Kabina will allocate the fresh funds mainly for product development and team expansion, as well as invest in the equipment and solutions that contribute towards more responsible and sustainable operations in the industry.

Tanaku, an Indonesia based proptech startup, raised US$ 5.5m of pre-seed funding led by East Ventures. The round included equity and debt capital from an International Bank. The fresh capital will accelerate Tanaku’s mission to make home ownership accessible and radically transform the home buying experience, with the current focus on building the product, expanding the team, acquiring homes, and executing the go-to -market strategy.
