Tia joins East Ventures as Business Development. She assists operating partner to provide support for founders of portfolio companies in managing their business. She is also responsible in managing relations with government entities. Prior to joining East Ventures, Tia has experiences working in various fields from fintech, non-profit organization and aviation industry. She is holding Bachelor Degree of Social Sciences from International relations, University of Indonesia.
