As Content Manager at East Ventures, Tika oversee and manages the content team within the Corporate Communications department. Her responsibilities include managing strategic communications across digital platforms, maintaining East Ventures’ owned channels, and driving thought leadership initiatives to leverage brand reputation.

Prior to joining East Ventures, she worked at venture arm of one of Indonesia’s state-owned banks, a consultant at the global communication firm Ogilvy, and also spent years as a startup founder. Tika holds a Master’s degree in Management Communication from the University of Indonesia.
