Felula Desfealucy is a Legal Specialist at East Ventures, where she assists in deal execution and provides legal advice to portfolio companies. She has always been deeply interested in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), having worked at HHP Law Firm (a member of Baker & McKenzie International) in the M&A practice group and in the corporate finance division of a publicly listed tech company. She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Universitas Indonesia and attended LSE summer school on corporate law and governance in London.
